Class description:

This workshop is a great way to learn how to express more dynamically on the dance floor! This workshop will help you gain more knowledge about your body and how to control it through isolations. Here’s what you can expect to learn in this 2-hour workshop:
Hour 1: Learn techniques for body isolations
Hour 2: Learn musicality through choreography

This is an open level workshop, all levels are welcome.

Instructor Bio:
Tarah has an extensive background dancing and teaching urban dance styles such as hip-hop and dancehall. Tarah began her kizomba journey two and half years ago and has since taken North America by storm with her musicality and unique styling technique. She has become a pioneer and role model in the community with her strength, creativity, and innovation in the dance. We are excited to have her teach for the first time in the San Francisco Bay Area!!
